- Cards are sold at stores operated by AEON and some affiliates.
- I’ve run out of funds. What should I do?
- You can continue to use your card after you recharge it (add funds) at an in-store checkout, WAON recharge machine, or ATM.
- My card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
- Please understand that WAON accepts no liability whatsoever for card theft, loss, or other whole or partial dispossession.
- What should I do with my card when I leave Japan / move overseas?
- Please use up any remaining funds before you depart.
- How can I return or cancel my WAON card?
- We do not accept card returns, and there is no need to cancel your card. After you have used up all your funds, please dispose of the card yourself.
