Gotochi WAON (WAON Community Support Cards) are a type of WAON card that offers a way for you to support the revitalization of local economies, the preservation of local environments and World Heritage sites, and the promotion of local tourism. When you use the card for your daily shopping at AEON, AEON will donate a portion of the purchase price to communities, such as local governments. Over 100 types of Gotochi WAON (WAON Community Support Cards) are currently available. They feature diverse designs of World Heritage sites, Japanese traditional culture, beautiful landscapes, characters, and more. Not only customers living in Japan but also many customers visiting Japan from overseas purchase Gotochi WAON. The cards can be used for your daily shopping or kept as a souvenir of your visit to Japan. Gotochi WAON are sold at selected stores, mainly AEON and Daiei.
